Let the good times roll! Havre de Grace’s annual Mardi Gras Parade paints downtown in purple, green, and gold. The celebration starts at 6:00 PM and marches down “Bourbon Street,” continues along Washington Street, and wraps up at the American Legion on St. John Street.
