SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

Domestic Shipping: Standard (3 Business Days) or Express (2 Business Days); Local Delivery (1-3 Business Days) or Local Pick Up (as soon as fulfilled).

2. PROCESSING & FULLFILLMENT

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Payment processing may take longer depending on buyer bank/financial institution.

3. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS POLICY

If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email at info@hdgapparel.com and we will be happy to assist you! Any item that has not yet shipped is eligible for cancellation and a full refund will be issued.

4. RETURN POLICY

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 60 days from the purchase date. Items returned or exchanged must be returned unused and in original condition.  In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Clearance items are final sale.

5. DELAYED ORDERS

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping

provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier

for the item's status.

6. DAMAGED ORDERS

HDG Apparel is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the

shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim

with the shipping provider.
