Below, we’ve curated a list of must-visit traditional antique shops that capture the heart and soul of antique shopping in the “Old Line State”.
Bahoukas Antique Mall & Beer MuZeum

📍408 N Union Avenue
This massive spot is a must-see for antique lovers and beer enthusiasts alike. Along with traditional antiques—furniture, toys, glassware—there’s an entire section devoted to beer memorabilia, vintage advertising, and quirky oddities.

This 9,000 square foot building is one of the two largest antique stores in Havre de Grace, and is definitely a must stop!
Seneca Cannery Antique Mall

📍201 St. John Street
Set in a historic cannery, this three-story (yes, we said THREE story) antique mall houses over 50 dealers. As the largest antique store in Harford County (and arguably one of the best antique stores in Maryland for it's selection and size), this is one Havre de Grace antique shop you won't want to skip.

Expect everything from fine antiques to quirky collectibles, vintage tools, glassware, art, and rare books.
Bayside Antiques & Mary L. Martin Vintage Postcards

📍230-232 N Washington Street
Bayside Antiques is a multi-vendor shop featuring antiques, vintage décor, furniture, and a curated mix of coastal/nautical and seasonal items.

The shop is owned by Mary L. Martin Postcards, a legendary postcard business known for offering one of the largest vintage postcard collections in the U.S.—a must-visit for history buffs, collectors, and anyone interested in exploring local and global heritage through vintage print.

Both businesses share the same historic building in Havre de Grace, once home to the town’s beloved “Five and Dime.” Today, the Bayside Antiques sign hangs proudly above the shared entrance, while the Mary L. Martin Postcards sign is displayed at the top of the building front—signaling this unique shopping destination where antiques and postcards come together under one roof.
Whether you’re searching for a rare postcard among millions in stock or hunting for one-of-a-kind vintage finds, this spot remains a favorite stop for thrifting and antique hunting—perfectly situated between Bahoukas and the Seneca Cannery in historic Havre de Grace.
Valentine’s Antique Shop

📍100 St. John Street
Valentine's Antiques is the newest addition to the Havre de Grace antique shop scene.
Located about a block from Seneca Cannery Antique Mall and less than 2 blocks from Havre de Grace's downtown "main street" (Washington Street), the this beautiful brick-front shop offers a mix of antiques, repurposed vintage décor, and artisan-made gifts.

This shop is really unique — the building has more of a residential feel, and the shop is a series of rooms that each contain a host of treasures.

Some items I noticed included sports trading cards and memorabilia, antique glassware, plates and framed artwork.

I chatted with the shop owner, Val, who gave some insight into the store’s history. The newest antique store in town, Valentine’s Antiques is a proud seller of “happiness and memories”.
This feels fitting, the items within the rooms and on the shelves reminded me of the shelves in my grandmom’s home growing up. Hobnail glass dishes and other vintage treasures await!

We definitely recommend stopping by and exploring this charming spot.
Found Vintage Co.

📍214 N Washington Street
Found Vintage Co. offers a curated collection of vintage and handmade items for a thoughtfully decorated home and we absolutely love the unique furniture and home decor at this shop.

From rustic vintage goods and up-cycled home décor, to hand poured candles (be sure to smell them when you visit, you won't regret it!), this shop definitely brings an elevated class to antiquing.

Something unique about "Found" (as the locals refer to it), is its boutique-like feel, putting a bit of an upcycled spin on antiquing. But treasures are plenty, here, which definitely puts it as a clear must-visit for antiques in Havre de Grace.
Washington Street Books & Music (Washington Street Museum)

📍131 N Washington Street
Not your average bookstore. Along with historic and rare books, at Washington Street Books you’ll find everything from comics, vinyl, books and vintage toys, to an impressive collection of screen-used Hollywood memorabilia and costumes. A great mix of nostalgia, and pop culture.

The selection of collectibles rivals Bel Air's Collectors Corner for anyone looking for a great comic store in Harford County, only they have a much larger selection of other collectibles.

The shop has also expanded their brand to grow awareness of their ever-growing collection of authentic film memorabilia.

The newly branded "Washington Street Museum" offers visitors a unique experience where they can browse cases of costumes from popular movies like The Hunger Games and Beautiful Creatures.

JoRetro Vintage Market

📍137 N Washington Street
A mid-century modern paradise featuring 1950s–70s Pyrex, clothing, barware, and vinyl.

Their in-house retro designs and handmade goods make it feel like stepping into a time capsule.
