Whether you're visiting Havre de Grace for the first time or you're a local looking for unique finds, this charming Maryland town has a thriving shopping scene.
We love Havre de Grace -- so much so that we became the leading online source for Havre de Grace themed Apparel and Merchandise, and we think we'd be remiss if we didn't point you to some of the truly unique gems that are part of what make this town so enjoyable.
There are SO many great shops peppered along (or within short walking distance of) the two main shopping roads frequented by tourists. The view down one of them (Washington Street), was even the inspiration behind our Downtown design.

If you didn't already know, Havre de Grace is in the process of getting a serious makeover!
In the meantime, though there are so many shops to enjoy in the downtown and surrounding areas. While these renovations are underway, we wanted to show the local shops our support (and we hope you will too) with these must-visit picks of 2025!
1. Jo Retro Vintage Market
What to Expect: Love vintage? Jo Retro specializes in mid-century modern treasures, including glassware, home decor, and sustainable vintage fashion.
We are affectionately coining JoRetro as the "Pyrex mecca" of the East Coast. Not only are they the source for pyrex and other vintage items, but they also host a Pyrex Fest twice a year.
As one of the leading merchants in the City, you don't want to miss the chance to see just exactly why they are such a beloved shop by locals and visitors alike.
The business has also recently expanded their vintage knowledge into three AirBnB properties -- so if you're planning to stay while, be sure to check out their retro-themed accommodations.
